Who we are

Our website address is: https://annablackpt.co.uk.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

The only personal info we collect is that which you provide us via email, phone, video conferences or newsletter subscription. It is never passed on to anyone else. Any such data will only be used to contact you regarding queries you have made or in relation to offers or course places you may have booked from this site.

Comments

This site does not currently accept comments to posts in areas such as the blog. However, should we decide to open up that option the relevant details will be added here.

Contact forms

The contact form only collects your name, email address and message you send. We do not collect any other information.

Cookies

This site uses analytics cookies which help us to monitor site usage and ultimately make for a better user experience. Cookies are also essential in order for the online booking forms to work correctly.
However, cookies may also be collected by third parties such as Google if you view video or other content from another site when viewing these pages. We are not responsible for these cookies.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content, like YouTube videos, for example. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged-in to that website.

Analytics

On this site, the only analytics gathering service we use is Google Analytics, as explained in the Cookies section above.

Who we share your data with

We don’t share your data with third-parties. Any contact messages received through this website related to courses, sessions, workshops and programmes are also never used for marketing purposes or shared with any third parties. THE ONLY EXCEPTION may be in the case of booking a residential course which we offer from time to time. It may be necessary to pass on your details such as name and contact details for booking purposes but you will be informed of this at the time of booking.

How long we retain your data

Messages and information you send to us using the contact form(s) on this site are stored in our email account until you request us to remove them.

What rights you have over your data

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

We do not send you data to anyone else with the possible exception mentioned in the “Who we share your data with” section above.

Your contact information

Your contact information will only be used for us to contact you directly. It will not be passed on to anyone else, again with the possible exception mentioned in the “Who we share your data with” section above.

Security / what data breach procedures we have in place

SSL/HTTPS is used throughout the site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so personal identifiable information is never captured by third parties without authorization.
