40s Woman: Life Hacks

Smooth out the bumps and enjoy the ride. Our 40s are a time of change – body composition, brain clarity, energy levels, sleep. But by making a few small changes you can not only feel better now but it also allows you to take control and support your body for the future. And after years where you may have been looking after others, surely now is the time to take some time for yourself.

The events will include:
